Terms and Conditions
1. Ordering
Simply browse the shopping cart and select the style, colour and size you would like. You can add items from any of our ranges into the same cart. Items in your cart can be removed or changed at any time. There is no minimum or maximum order quantity. You can also order by e-mail at info@madamediamante.com, or by telephone on (0114) 2845493.
2. Delivery
We aim to despatch all goods that are in stock within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Many of our lines are unique, exclusive, and sourced from small designers around the globe. High demand may dictate that we may not carry all the items you require at the time of order. If items are out of stock we aim to contact you with a due date and / or alternative arrangements within 24 hours. Madame Di Amante Ltd is here to help you and we will make every effort to bring you the goods you required as soon as humanly possible! The following is a guide to maximum lead-times:
Products sourced from the UK – 14 days
Products sourced from the rest of the world – 30 days
These lead-times may, of course, reduce depending upon the product position along the supply chain.
3. Payment
We accept payment by Paypal, Visa, Access, American Express (Amex), Maestro (Switch) and personal cheque.
Paypal payments can be made by simply following the instructions in the shopping cart.
For card payments, please contact us by telephone on 0114 2845493 for instant authorization e-mail us at info@madamediamante.com giving your telephone number and we will call you back to take your card details. FOR YOUR OWN SECURITY PLEASE DO NOT SENT YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS BY E-MAIL. To minimize card fraud all orders by cards will only be dispatched with a landline telephone number and only dispatched to the address of the credit card holder.
All Paypal and card orders will be shipped upon receipt of authorization.
Personal cheques are accepted by post from UK bank accounts and goods will be dispatched upon clearance of funds.
If you are paying from outside the UK, your card issuer or Paypal will convert British Pounds into your currency at their exchange rate automatically.
4. Privacy
Madame Di Amante Ltd do not disclose any information from customers or interested parties to third parties for any purpose and is registered under the data protection act.
5. Shipping
We do not believe in making a profit from packing and carriage. Both are charged at cost and the values that are shown on the shopping cart are carefully calculated to reflect that cost price.
Please contact us if you wish to use your own carriers.
6. Returns
Please notify us if you have any concerns about our products. Credit or replacements will be issued if the goods are returned unused within 21 days of the date of despatch.
7. Liability
Whilst every care is taken in the processing of orders and supply of goods and services, in no account shall Madame Di Amante Ltd be liable for any loss or damages (including, without limitation, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the purchase, supply, use of, inability to use or complications from the use of supplied products.
8. Age
Customers ordering body jewellery must be at least 18 years of age.
9. Taxes
All customers are responsible for complying with their country's laws on any taxes and duty that may be applicable.
10. Law
In any dispute, UK Law applies.
